Situated in the courtyard of the owner's property this small house consists of a comfortable lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedroom.

The ground floor
The laundry contains a combination washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and all necessary cleaning equipment.

The first floor
The kitchen contains a traditional oven with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and food processor, with cooking utensils and crockery provided for five people.

The open-plan living-room features a convertible double sofa and single couch, colour television with decoder, and both DVD and CD players.

The bathroom contains a double basin, shower and suspended toilet.
Towels are available on request.

The second floor
The bedroom is situated on the second floor, and contains a double-bed with bedside units and a large wardrobe.
All bedding and linen is provided.
